Terms and Conditions of Subscription

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a subscription to LOCKERZ EA, a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisor. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using a LOCKERZ EA subscription, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with payment or use the EA.

2. Subscription and Payment

• LOCKERZ EA is offered through subscription plans with specific durations and applicable fees.
• Your subscription begins upon successful payment and activation, unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct subscription plan before completing payment.
• Subscription access is limited to the duration and conditions of the plan purchased.
• Access may be suspended or terminated if payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions do not automatically renew. A new payment is required to continue using the EA after expiration.
• Subscription prices, available plans, and features may change. Changes will not retroactively alter an already-paid subscription period.

3. License and Authorized Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use LOCKERZ EA under the conditions of your purchased plan.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your EA files or subscription access to unauthorized individuals.
• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary trading logic, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Bypass licensing, activation, account verification, or other security mechanisms.
• Use the EA for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws or your broker's terms.

Your subscription is intended for your authorized use only. Any permitted account or device limitations will be determined by the applicable subscription plan.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your license.

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), gold (XAUUSD), and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your trading capital.

LOCKERZ EA is a trading automation tool designed to execute trading instructions according to its configuration and programmed functionality. It does not guarantee profits, a specific win rate, or the avoidance of losses.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance, backtest results, and simulated results do not guarantee future performance.
• Market conditions, volatility, spreads, slippage, execution delays, liquidity, and broker conditions may affect trading results.
• Automated trading can result in rapid losses, including losses caused by unexpected market movements or technical failures.
• Stop-loss settings and other risk-management features cannot guarantee that losses will remain within a particular amount.
• You are solely responsible for choosing your trading account, lot sizes, risk settings, and account exposure.
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

You understand that purchasing or using LOCKERZ EA does not eliminate the risks associated with financial markets.

5. No Guarantee of Profits or Prop-Firm Approval

LOCKERZ EA may include features intended to assist users with risk monitoring or trading on proprietary trading firm accounts.

However, LOCKERZ EA does not guarantee that you will pass, qualify for, or retain a funded account with any proprietary trading firm.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with your chosen firm's rules, including daily loss limits, maximum drawdown, prohibited trading practices, news restrictions, and other account requirements.

Different firms may apply different rules and calculations. You must independently verify that your settings and trading activities comply with the applicable requirements.

LOCKERZ EA is not responsible for failed challenges, breached account limits, loss of funded status, or disqualification resulting from your settings, trading decisions, market conditions, or the rules imposed by a third-party firm.

6. Technical Requirements and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your trading environment is properly configured and suitable for using LOCKERZ EA.

This includes:

• Using a compatible version of MetaTrader 5.
• Entering the correct account and trading configuration details.
• Maintaining a reliable internet connection and, where appropriate, a stable VPS.
• Monitoring EA operation, trade execution, and account exposure.
• Checking that your broker supports the instruments and trading conditions required by your configuration.
• Maintaining appropriate backups of relevant settings and records.

LOCKERZ EA's performance may be affected by platform outages, broker restrictions, internet disruptions, VPS failures, incorrect settings, software updates, or other circumstances outside the developer's control.

You remain responsible for monitoring your account, even when automated trading is enabled.

7. Refund Policy

Because LOCKERZ EA is a digital product that may provide immediate access to proprietary software and subscription-based functionality, all payments are generally non-refundable once subscription access has been activated or the EA has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved under a published refund policy.

Before completing payment, please verify your selected subscription plan, account compatibility, and intended use.

If you experience a technical issue with activation or access, contact the support channel provided on the official LOCKERZ EA website so that the issue can be investigated.

Nothing in this section excludes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Subscription Expiration, Suspension, and Termination

Your license will expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.

LOCKERZ EA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution.
• License manipulation or attempted circumvention of security measures.
• Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or payment abuse.
• Material violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Where reasonably appropriate, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided.

Termination does not remove any rights or obligations that accrued before termination or any rights that must be preserved under applicable law.

9. Software Updates and Support

LOCKERZ EA may receive software updates, bug fixes, improvements, or feature changes at the developer's discretion.

The availability of updates, upgrades, and technical support may depend on your subscription plan.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain functionality and address reported issues, uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every broker, platform configuration, or third-party service are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use LOCKERZ EA.

This may include trading losses, lost profits, loss of funded-account status, data loss, or losses resulting from platform outages, broker execution, connectivity issues, or user configuration errors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You acknowledge that financial trading involves risks that cannot be eliminated by software.

11. Intellectual Property

LOCKERZ EA, including its branding, software, compiled files, documentation, interface designs, and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to its respective rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a subscription grants you permission to use the EA under the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property to you.

12. Privacy and Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering for a subscription.

Any personal information collected through the LOCKERZ EA website or registration process will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.

You should not submit passwords, payment-card security codes, or other sensitive credentials unless a legitimate and secure process specifically requires the information.

13. Changes to These Terms

LOCKERZ EA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Material changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. The current version should be made available on the official website.

Your continued use of the EA after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law. If your renewed consent is legally required, it will be requested.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts or other dispute-resolution bodies with appropriate jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory protections or rights available under applicable law.

15. Final Acknowledgment and Consent

By checking the acceptance box and proceeding to payment, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
2. You understand that Forex, gold, and other financial trading involve the risk of losing capital.
3. You understand that LOCKERZ EA does not guarantee profits or successful completion of a prop-firm challenge.
4. You accept responsibility for your trading decisions, account configuration, and risk exposure.
5. You understand the subscription, licensing, and refund conditions described above.
6. You agree to use LOCKERZ EA in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
